Management disabled on Wired interfaces

HELP...

Management was disabled on the wired interfaces of my TS 253 Pro... I tried resetting via the reset button on the back (3 sec and 10 sec push) which does not seem to work (no beeps)

I'm dead in the water - and need this device.

what exactly did you do ?

how about connecting monitor and keyboard to the nas ?
