Authenticator Not Working

Hi
I am having trouble with the secondary authenticator during login to the web portal of my NAS. I am using a TS-453 Pro and running firmware version 4.4.1.1064

The authenticator is not working on two accounts either my own or the admin account for the NAS. It is also not accepting the answer to the bakup question I have set up.

How can I regain access through the web portal?

Any help or suggestions apprciated.
