Dear all,
I have a strange issue. My company has a TS-412 that has stopped to work due to a disk error. The previous IT admin has replaced that disk but the NAS has stopped to work. Theese are the only informations I have about it, and now this person is not in this company.
Now the NAS shows the "first setup" configuration interface, like it was the first time it is switch on. The disks (I don't know the RAID config) contains a lot of backup data that I need to restore.
How I could proceed without loosing data?
Thanks in advance.

Re: TS-412 disk problem
UPDATE: it seems that all data is in this .locke file, but in the share there are only default folders such as Multimedia.
Any suggest?

Re: TS-412 disk problem
If you choose configure disk later you should still see the pool but the settings will be lost.
