Remove web access, but keeping remote access
I am not sure how QSync works, which kind of connection or protocol it uses for connection, but my question is: is there a way to disable the web access to the NAS using MyQnapcloud service, while keeping QSync working on a remote location ? I know all about VPN, but it is not the point. All I want to know is that it is possible to not have remote web access via webpage, while keeping QSync to work remotely ?

Re: Remove web access, but keeping remote access
so you want to know what ports to forward to your nas for qsync then ?
I have no idea (not exposing any part of my nas to the wild web) ..just making sure the question is clear

That is correct. I am not sure how Qsync communicates, but I don't think it uses any specific port.

Qsync and the QTS web-interface operate via the same port.

Yeah, it seems so, which is a pitty. So you can not disable the web interface without messing with Qsync.
