Sharing link showing u.u after the public ip and cant change

whenever i share files or try to acess the nas remotely i cant access since it's showing either u.u or nunu next to puiblic ip

example

78.95.201.85.u.u or nunu

how to remove this?

dont expose your nas to the web ..unless you want to get hacked

for remote access use a vpn server (on router or dedicated appliance..optionally on nas)
