Photo Station - I'm Lost

Post by Zaraspook »

Hi folks.

I've got all of my photos on my TS-251 in the Multimedia/Pictures folder and can't for the life of me figure out how to get them to show up in Photo Station.

When I click 'Import", I get a dialog box that says 'Upload'. Clicking on the 'Upload To' box gives me 'Shared Photos' of which there are none. I can click on 'Upload From PC', but the files are already on the NAS.

How do I tell Photo Station to just look at my already existing pictures folder? I don't want to make make duplicates of all of my photos either.

I hope this makes sense.

Thanks.

what qts firmware are you using for starters?

you would go to multimedia management, select which are your media locations for pictures, movies, music etc....

run the indexing for multimedia management. when that completes, do the next steps.

install photo station. go photostation, now your stuff should be displayed.

Sorry it took so long to get back here.

I was running v. 4.3.4.0695. Now that I upgraded and worked through a few problems, all is good.

Thanks!
