Re: unable to log in via web ui
try a different browser
if that doesn't help, try a firmware update via qfinder

Did you managed to get that resolved? I have the same issue.

Re: unable to log in via web ui
If your NAS has HDMI port and HD Station installed and is not started you can use this method below.
I had this problem because I have my own SSL certificate and when I reboot my NAS I lose access to the web UI. I have raised a helpdesk ticket about this issue.
On one particular occasion, I had also disabled HD Station from the app center before I restarted my NAS so when it booted up I and I couldn't get into the web UI I also couldn't get into HD Station to then get into the QTS management application to access the Web UI (I see this as my backdoor way into my NAS).
So as HD Station didn't start up, it brought me to the command line where I could log in. I logged in as admin and I was able to start up HD Station successfully and then access QTS management within the HD Settings. The commands I typed are below if this helps. Assuming you have HD station installed.
First, type this on a new line then press enter
And then type this command and press enter to start the HD Station
Now I could log into HD Station and start the QTS management application to get into the web interface. I hope this helps.
