I'm currently using MyQnapCloud to keep in contact with my fellow smart workers.
I set it up in order to access our office NAS Server.
As a matter of fact MyQnapCloud is not really bullet proof, and the service is often down. My fellow smart workers complain that they're not able to login, have very slow connections (while from the same remote location that can normally surf the web...).
I understand that during these past months the web is being over stressed by mobile and remote accesses, but I wonder how MyQnapCloud is reliable after all.
What is your experience ?
Is MyQnapCloud a reliable service ?

Re: Is MyQnapCloud a reliable service ?
unclear what service you are talking about
the sinple DDNS service or the cloudlink service?
the DDNS service has been hit and miss lately..judging by the many threads that were opened in recent times about it throwing errors on updating
make sure you are not exposing your NAS to the open web, while your "smart workers" are connecting
