Failed Download

Dear Sir or Madam,

I haven downloading files to my TS-251+ QNAP during the last 4 weeks but today I started to encounter problems: 1) Large files (6Gb) failed to download - the associated message was "Failed - Network Errors, 2) Files are not compressed anymore, and 3) the Background tasks is not working anymore. Please, I need help. Carla

This is a forum, not a pen pal letter, so no need for formalities.

Where exactly is that download happen ?
Share mount with smb or some other app on the NAS?

Please elaborate
