ID Qnap in myQnapCloud Panel can't change

in my QNAP ID, my email is set, but this email is no longer active I would like to change it with a new one, in the myQnapCloud control panel it is not possible to do it, how can I proceed?

do you mean for your myqnapcloud ddns, you want to change that?

if i remember correctly, i had to unlink, then delete my ddns. this released it for others to register they want it. at that point i could then select a new myqnapcloud ddns name
