[SOLVED]QVR Pro 1.4 inactive after Qnap reset(ticket:Q-202010-43782)

Post by denisj »

Hi there all,
I just want to ask why I have QVR Pro inactive cameras every time I reset the Qnap please ?

For example today I update the Qnap firmware and now I so that on my windows QVR client my cameras is not active.
I also don't ever understand what I must start in order to make it work.
Sometimes after some hours I so on the client that actually work...

Is possible to set the QVR in order to have on all Qnap reset, all cameras work in around a minute ?
Thanks all
Denis

Today I update the Qnap again with a new firmware...
After reboot of Qnal the cams in the QVR Client is not work.
I still don't understand why all cam disconnected.

In the Qnap QVR Pro 1.4 settings page, I tested all cams and the test is OK
:-(

Thanks again
