Upload files larger than 4GB

Post by majkelm »

I use myQnapCloud via webbrowser
I cannot upload to my device files larger than 4GB
Is this limited by technology or I can change something to do that ?

Regards

stop that whole thing alltogether

NEVER expose your NAS to WAN (unless getting hacked is your thing)

P3R said here it worked

viewtopic.php?t=154413

unclear where the limitation then comes from (I never use the browser upload feature of file station..even from local)

best to ask qnap via ticket

for two clients an aws access openvpn server (server outside your lan) is free (starting 3 clients it would cost a fee)

but cloudlink would be a solution too (see other thread)
