myQNAPcloud SSL certificate

Wondering if I got a myQNAPcloud SSL certificate with the QNAP TS-251 that lasts forever or do I have to buy them?

My IP address has changed and now does not have a myQNAPcloud SSL certificate. Not sure if I had one on my original IP address.
