QVR Elite CPU Usage

Hello,

I have been looking for several days but find no answer.
I am using QVR Elite on a TS-251D (upgraded to 2x8GB of RAM) with an IP camera.
Recording is good as well as motion detection with event recording.
However, after one night, the CPU skyrockets. I noticed that a service on the NAS (notify_thread) was using more between 15 and 25% of CPU. It goes back down to between 1 and 5% when I cut QVR Elite.
What is this process for? Is it related to QVR Elite?
When I restart QVR Elite, the CPU consumption is normal until the next day.
