Hidden Shared Folders

Hi All,
Apologies in advance if posted into the wrong area.

I have carried out a reset of my QNAP, all of my files disappeared, I was able to reinstate by creating shared folders of the same names, but for the life of me I cannot remember all of the shared folder names? Is there a way to locate these folders as they appear to be there but hidden.
