ES1686DC broken after reboot
Hi, we have a ES1686DC working randomly, we had to reboot both controllers yesterday and cannot access them anymore, "primary controller" does not reply ping or anything, secondary does it and we can try to login using web gui but it shows message "the controllers role is on standy, please go to another controller"; we have important information we need to get from the device and cannot access it. We opened a support ticket already with no response so far.

Re: ES1686DC broken after reboot
was your first controller set for Static IP address or DHCP? maybe it picked up another ip address. did you try for find it using the Qfinder app?
