I would like to reach out to Qnap Support UK and ideally the Management or Leader. I would rather take this offline and maybe private, but I could not find a way to PM anyone within UK.
Please dont ask me to raise a ticket, I would like someone from Qnap to PM me a contact so that I can discuss my issues.

Neither do PM work here, nor does QNAP monitor these boards...so you will not find here what you are looking for

Thank you. I will call them and explain why I am selling up. Maybe it wont make any difference, but I have no intention to air negative experiences here, maybe they can use my feedback to make changes. Much appreciated anyway.
