can't install/update application in QNAP TS-251A

Please Help,
I wan't to install/update application in QNAP TS-251A use Raid-1, then appear error like picture/note in below :
"Failed to install, the system volume is missing".

how to solved it is ???

What happened before?
When system volume is missing, some other issue must have been occured first.
Hope, you have an actual backup?
If, so, fastest way is to start from scratch and restore data.

nothing happend before.
yes, every week, i haved backup hdd by replace disk 2.

That is not a valid backup!
If there will be an error (i.e. like the missing system volume, the error is at this drive too).
So power down NAS, remove both drives and insert your "backup drive". If system starts and a system volume is available, you are lucky.
In addition: the backplane connectors are not made for continues use of plug-and-pull disks. They have a limited lifetime.

If your NAS starts up with the backup drive (raid is degraded) you need to remove all partitions at one of the pulled disks, insert the disk and wait until rebuild is done prior taking further steps.
Adding a second disk without removing partition will end in a mess!
