Please recheck the NAS model..there is no 635B ..is it a 653B?
Any sort of backstory? What happened?

Re: TS-653B - Help!
dolbyman,
Aplogies for late response. Sorry it is a 653B.
The NAs had been sitting in my sytem for some time and not being used. I then tried to access it and nothing could be found. Saw it was flashing Red light so looked up error code and said fans not working.
I tried reboot, then reset, made shure software was up-to-date. Still nothing.
I have just read that there have been some faults with code/chip on a board?
Regards
Douglas
