Issue after update QTS 5.1.1.2491

Hello, last night my NAS which is a TS-464 has updated automatically to the latest firmware which is QTS 5.1.1.2491. After the update I have encountered a lot of issues, first was that the nas wasn't connected to the internet anymore and i could not connect to it just with the local ip address, after i managed to connect it back to the internet i encountered the second problem which is that i cant use the smartlink to access it remotely, and third is that when i restart the nas all of the setting are lost and again i need to start again with everything. Could someone provide me some ideas what could i try or what to do? Thank you.

Probably nobody here will use any qnapcloud services and would know

I have already filled my quota about NAS exposure ..so I will spare you the warnings..just no tears if all files are encrypted

I too cannot connect to local router, what did you do to fix that issue after this update?
