Hello team,
Our Veeam immutable backup with our QNAP NAS using QuObjects, has encountered an issue. Since yesterday, we've been unable to connect to the backup repository, resulting in errors during the copy process (cannot connect to backup repository).
Additionally, our QNAP device has been stuck in a 'Reclaiming' state (as shown in the attached screenshot) for an extended period (only 26% in 24hours), causing delays.
Your prompt advice on resolving these issues would be greatly appreciated.
