Resolution Reduce after Auto Video backup from IOS

I am using IOS and all photos backup to iCloud. The video stored in the iPhone is in low resolution 1280x720 while the original video is 1920x1080. By using the Qfile auto photo backup, it seems that Qfile only backup 1280x720 video to my NAS. I think I can stop the iCloud backup to solve this problem, but my iPhone only have 128G memory so I don't want to stop the iCloud backup. Is any setting that I can solve this problem.

Any app questions need to be directed to QNAP via ticket, nothing we can do about it here.

If you only store low resolution versions on your phone, not sure what the app is supposed to do.
