Does anyone has a picture taking as I do not know where the LPC othe pin 1 or 8 mentioned is located!

I have ts-453bt3 and have used multiple different resistors and can’t seem to get clock above 1v only way I can is by finding a 3.3v but it stays at that even with resistor. Any help would be greatly appreciated
