EXT3-fs: couldn't mount because of unsupported optional feat

Has anybody else come across the following error:

EXT3-fs: couldn't mount because of unsupported optional features (240)

I've noticed this error this evening literally right before my NAS rebooted. Fortunately I had an SSH session opened at the time, its the first time I've seen this one in the logs.

Any suggestions? And yes this is ongoing of my 639 issues ;-(
