SSL Certificate unknown error: error code: -1

Hello folks,

I tried to install a myQNAPcloud SSL Certificate to my TS451D2. I opened the myQNAPcloup app, went to SSL Certificate, bought one online, activated it to the license center, enabled DDNS and went over the SSL Certificate to download and install it.

When I click to "Download and Install" a loading window appeares, following by an unknown error. Error code: -1.
After clicking 5 times the download and install button im 24hrs locked for this action, "You have reached your daily limit of 5 certificates. Try again later."

I reinitialized the whole NAS, updated firmware, and reinstalled the myQNAPcloud app, but the error is still there.

any advices for me?

I had a ticket opened on this topic. The work around was to change the name of the device to contain only lower case characters nO ComBinatIonS of lowercase and uppercase chars. Deregister your NAS and re-register with a new set that is all lowercase. Wait 24h for that 5 attempts / day then try again.
