Snapshot Replica Port 22

I'm trying to set up snapshot replication to another NAS on my local network. Was all working fine until some recent firmware updates.

I can SSH into both NAS through the terminal, but when I try and set up the replication job and it asks for username, password and port, using port 22 keeps giving an error that 'asmin' cant connect. I have to change the SSH ports to something like 2225 on both machines before it will connect.

The two NAS are ditectly conected to a Unifi dream router which has no firewall rules which would block the traffic. There is nothing else on the network which would cause any kind of port blocking.

Check your admin password and make sure it does not contain this ` special character, aslo on both NAS devices under "security" allow/deny list, make sure your your IP's are not listed in the deny list (this one got me several times), i hope this helps
