Mconnect hanging ?

I have ripped all my CD’s to Flac nd stored them on the Qnap. I have both plex and Twonky server running. I am trying to use an iPad to stream the music to my Arcam. Mconnect sees the Arcam and plex and twonky as sources. If I try to play from either of them it will only play the first track even though all the tracks are in the queue, it hangs at the end of the track and I can see that the progress bar does not dance when playing. If I select Qobuz as the media source this does not seem to be a problem and the progress bar works.

I have tried using another app called Music life and it is flaky it will play the whole album but the playback is not hapless so it is really annoying, I just want to get my CDs back out!

Is there a solution?

There's so much in that chain it's almost impossible to diagnose, but I'd guess the problem isn't likely to be on the NAS side. I stream flacs flawlessly all the time, but my setup is different. I use Plex server on the NAS, then connect to it using Plex clients.
