Hello everyone,
I'm currently configuring LACP between a Cisco switch and my QNAP NAS, but I’m facing some issues. On the NAS side, I have two network ports combined with IEEE 802.3ad, while on the Cisco switch, I configured two ports in LACP Active mode. However, I'm getting a message: "LACP currently not enabled on the remote port."
I've tried different load balancing options (Layer 2+3 and Layer 2) on the switch, but it doesn’t seem to solve the problem. I’m wondering if there are additional settings on the Cisco side that might be causing this or if there are any particular configurations I need to check on the NAS.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue, or could you advise on other troubleshooting steps?

Re: LACP configuration problem between Cisco Switch and QNAP NAS
Thanks for your suggestions! I have checked the basic LACP settings and tried various troubleshooting steps as indicated. I'm also investigating whether this is a compatibility issue or a specific misconfiguration on my network.
If it helps to understand my problem, I have followed this article on LACP configurations here.
Any additional information or advanced troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated!
