I have a QNAP TDS-16489U-R2 running QES that requires firmware recovery. I have researched and carefully read the "NAS Recovery Guide for x86-based NAS" at the links below. However, I couldn't find a download link for the dom.img file specific to the QNAP TDS-16489U-R2 running QES (I did find one for the QNAP TDS-16489U running QTS, but I need QES).
Where can I download the dom.img file for the QNAP TDS-16489U-R2 running QES?

Open a ticket with QNAP, QES units have no public recovery method
