QNAP Officially Launches QNAP Community Platform: Join Now to Share your Experiences and Win Exciting Prizes

Taipei, Taiwan, January 6, 2025 – QNAP® Systems, Inc., a leading innovator in computing, networking, and storage solutions, is thrilled to announce the official launch of the QNAP Community platform. Designed to foster user communication and encourage knowledge sharing, QNAP Community offers users a dedicated space to connect, learn, and share their usage experiences.

QNAP Community features an intuitive, image-based interface that enables users to quickly locate the information they need. With diverse topic forums and tags covering NAS, networking, and surveillance products, users can engage in discussions, exchange technical insights, and enhance collaboration. Additionally, users can stay updated on the latest product information and promotional offers.

QNAP Community Welcome Event — Share your experience and win prizes

To celebrate the platform’s launch, QNAP is hosting a special welcome event!

Event Period: January 6, 2025, to March 31, 2025

How to Participate:
  1. Publish a post related to QNAP products or share your usage experience. Posts must include at least 200 words and at least one hardware photo or screenshot of the interface. Currently, only articles written in Chinese, English or Japanese are accepted.
  2. Submit the link to your post as a comment under the QNAP Community Welcome Event announcement.
    • Approval time may vary based on user participation. Posts that do not meet the criteria may not be approved.
Rewards:

Once your post is approved by the QNAP team, you will receive a "Early Bird" Community badge on your QID account and qualify for the prize draw. Each account can qualify for the prize draw only once. Winners will be announced on the Community platform by April 7, 2025.

Yeah I'm sorry but no. I don't like the new forum, not intuitive and convenient as this one. I know this one is... OLD and maybe need to be refreshed but the new solution in place is not good to me.

Disabling the old one to force us to move to the new one, meh. I wanted to share the new firmware released like I used to do but I can't.
Entered the NAS world with a TS-251+ (3TB Raid 1) in December 2016.
In December 2020, same disks were moved to a new TS-253D.
In July 2024 disks were replaced with 12TB.
A 16TB WD Elements is used for backups.
