Unable to load the TS212p configuration gui

Post by Rodd01 »

I decided to remove RAID1 config of the two 4 tB HDD’s.
The remove RAID configuration button does not works.
I have tried a dozen of different keys sequences (with just one disk installed) and it worked.
I tried to do the same with the 2nd hdd, but something went wrong and now the Qfinder has a ? shown as unit status.
When I click on this question mark to start the config wizard a first windows opens asking if I want to proceed.
If I click y the browser opens a blank window with the error message “empty response”.
I can do DOS but not LINUX so I am completely lost.
Please help!
Thank you

If you want to start from.scratch..take both drives out, and clear them (e.g. diskpart with clean option)

Then you can start the NAS fresh
