I have attached my DCS-920 camera to my TS-509. Run the test and all works fine.
However when I got ot LIVE VIEW in ie 8 it asks to install the Mircosoft License add-in. I click install and it then proceeds to issue an "!" warning box and then starts to load but then nothing happens.
It seems to just hang with the "please wait" box displayed.
I can see some progress intially in the progress box, but it only reaches about 1/4 way before it seems to stop.
Any ideas on a work around or how I can install this add-on independently of the surveillence option ?

Here is an update to anyone in same boat.
DCS-920 is NOT supported by TS-509pro.
In fact if you click on the TEST in settings tab, you will see a picture - gives you false assumption that it works - that's what I thought
BUT if you use the LIVE VIEW or PLAYBACK and you have the camera connected, the system will infact reset your camera to factory setting ie ip address 192.168.0.20.
So be ware.
QNAP - if your listening please provide support for the DCS-920
