help getting uptobox.com (direct link) working

really need help getting uptobox.com working in download station.
anyone out there with knowledge?

I'm reopening this topic as the previous answer is off-topic and does not solve anything
I'm also having problems trying to download uptobox files using Download station.
I have tried to add my uptobox account to the application but I didn't find any guidelines on how to do so...
Which URL are we supposed to enter? Is there a password check being done ?

When I try to download files from uptobox premium **, only html pages are downloaded...
My uptobox account is correctly configured... I have tried to tick or untick everything but it's always the same result.. Someone has a fix or a tuto ?
My NAS is a TS 251A

Hi,

Sorry for my english...

The only way I found to make working the download with "Download Station" is :

- disable the "Direct Download" from Uptobox.com ;
- setup the Uptobox credentials in "Download station" on the Qnap ;
- launch a download from your navigator being disconnected from Uptobox.com and copy/paste the "free" link in download station using the Uptobox account created before.

It's an onerous way but fonctionnal

Hello,
after a few tries I think I have solved the problem,
I use a qnap ts119 pII and download station 5.

in the settings of DS => user account, I inform:
- "uptobox.com" and not "www.uptobox.com"
- my email on uptobox account
- my pw on uptobox account

so from what I see, all servers are recognized with my login (example: www21.uptobox.com)
to launch downloads, I copy the links provided by my browser in ds (right click copy the link on the launch button download).
so I get speeds up to 50MB / s against a maximum of 3MB / s before (premium account).
I hope I could help

are you sure your method is working correctly?
I am using rapidgator for my premium links. When I tried to enter "rapidgator.net" in the settings, and use my user and password, the DS still give me only html...

Does anybody else have solution to this problem?

I have trie this method with uptobox, only html page is downloaded
I have uptobox premium, my login/password are good.
It works with a synlogy NAS with a host file,

On a QNAP NAS, someone shoult write a addon like kickass, thepiratebay.

i'm agree with albert91.
i have an uptobox premium account
the only way i found to download content is to launch the download in my web browser, copy / past the download link then cancel my download on the web browser and put the download link in download station....
it's crappy and very long when you have 10 links on more to get your file....
as you said, they found a way to fix that issue with DownloadStation and Synology NAS.
could someone give us an alternative solution for QNAP NAS ?
