about two weeks ago we installed an update of Hybrid Backup Sync and Cloud Backup Sync.
After this update the backup failed.
In the first days the message was always:
[CloudBackupSync] (Backup) job [AWS Backup] failed: Unknown error. Please try again.
Since 5 days the message is always (without any change on the QNAP or any reboot):
[CloudBackupSync] (Backup) job [AWS Backup] failed: The vault name is not available (already exists). Specify another name.
If I take a look at the AWS console, i can see the vault with ~900GByte of data.
In the storage view in Hybrid Backup Sync, when I click on refresh it shows me 0 Bytes as usage.
Did anyone encounter something similar?
