there are some guides here
https://www.youtube.com/results?search_ ... p=CAI%253D

or you can search forum here. use the search function.

OR you can use the qnap helpdesk for help. though this takes time
https://service.qnap.com/

usually qnap posted some guides on their FAQ page for the setup. or there are other guides you can find on the internet

If none of the above is sufficient for you, and you want personal consultation i'm sure some on the forum members familiar with qnap may take you up on that depending on your requirements o-O:

For on site help... as a real life example. On another local tech forum, somebody had inquired about their 10gbe setup for their home office. and i knew someone i met before from the forum IRL, who is an expert with networking. so i recommended them to him.

but that is just an example of someone of technical expertise being interested and within travel distance to do onsite help for setting up their 10gbe and providing the consultation for what hardware is needed.

Not sure about your locality if this is something you require. Most of the time just remote assistance with teamviewer is usually sufficient for just setting up. i helped someone on the forum here with their qnap issue that way ^^;
