iSCSI Initiator Status inactive after firmware upgrade

Post by NCIneinl » Sat Oct 17, 2020 1:46 am

  • Model name - QNAP TS-451U
  • Firmware version and Build Number - 4.3.6.0959 Build 20190531
  • Operation System (OS) -
  • OS Language - US English
  • Number of HDDs - 1
  • HDD model - WD20EFRX-68EUZN0
  • HDD capacity - 1.82 TB
  • RAID configuration
  • Services enabled, e.g. Download Station, DDNS, FTP, NFS
  • External devices, e.g. USB printer, e-SATA drive
  • NAS connection speed/ MTU (found in Network Settings>TCP/IP page)
After the firmware on QNAP TS-451U was updated to 4.3.6.0959 Build 20190531 from 4.3.3.0262 Build 20170727, the iSCSI Initiator Targets tab has a target that is showing Inactive. During the firmware upgrade, it also updated the Network & Virtual Switch to 2.0.0 from 1.4.3
Any help would be appreciated, I really hope the LUN isn't corrupt.
