Hello everyone.
I spent close to a week trying to figure out how and why my Qnap TS-473A went off line and changed IP addresses. Like everyone else I checked everyplace to see how others got it working and none of those helped me out, as a last recourse I pulled a ticket with the help desk and Damon came through for me. It took him less than 5 mins and I am back in business. I knew the whole issue was my fault but I ended up going in circles. I would like to encourage anyone who has reached their final straw to ask them for help, if I did earlier I would not have had the headaches and been back on line sooner.
Thanks Qnap support and Damon in particular for helping me out.

Re: A Big Shout Out
If you know what happened, or can provide the errors etc, then if you know how it was fixed it could be useful information for others.
