Expansion for qnap 453d with 1x tl-d800c/d or 2x tr-004

Dear qnap support

Excuse me for my poor english skills, i hope you wioäll still be able to understand what i have in mind.

I want to extend my qnap nas 453d.
With 2x 14tb, 2x 16tb, 2x 6tb and 2x 6tb all in raid1.

I understand that d800 is a jbod. Is it also only jbod when i attached it to my 453d or can i set the raid1 volumnes in 453d?
Or do i need to buy 2x tr-004 or does a tr-008 exists?

If it is possible to do it with d800, is the speed difference between d800c and d800s huge? How high would the write/read difference be?
