Mars and Google Photos / Qfile Pro Syncing / Live Photos Issue

Hi Everyone,

I’ve been doing my own research and couldn’t find an answer. My goal is replace google photos.

I’ve used mars to transfer photos from my google account.

However, when viewing Live Photos I get the error “video does not exist or you do not have access”.

Context:

I’m accessing the photos from my account with access to all multimedia.

The google photos account is mine but my partner is uploading their Live Photos to it.

The Live Photos I’m unable to access are theirs

2nd question:

I’ve used Qfile pro after using mars. In the Qfile back up settings I selected skip if photos/file exist. However, it still uploads the files. Is there something I’m missing here?

It all went downhill when Google Photos removed the photo backup option some years back. I tried QFile backup but I eventually settled on OneDrive which seemed less prone to stalling.
