Temporary folder to the destination folder

I am a new user of the forum and Qnap.
I have this question .
Why does it take so long to move a file from the temporary folder to the destination folder ? :?:
I installed Pyload and here everything is ok.

No info on NAS model or firmware given
How is stuff moved?
