Is there a way to recover my password when I don't know it; it's been months since I tried to login; and my only access is via Windows? I know this sounds lame, but I think I might have gotten confused between QNAP and the device login.
Anyway, no time to avoid embarassment, is there a way?

THanks, I'll give it a try. I had thought doing the reset would delete the data, but what you sent seems to be a soft reset. Hopefully that works.
